It will be because it technically has no RRP (and therefore cannot be sold here). It would be OK if you bundled it with whatever it came with (presumably a console).
Came with the statue which I don't have, so it's RRP would be the limited editions RRP exc. the statue surely?
I listed an item today that came as a limited edition game when I first bought it, it has a small logo on the front saying "not to be sold separately" and therefore my thread was closed. I understand that it is there for a reason but I think the main reason is as a warning for the stores that sell it really as the only thing differing the game from being normal is that little logo on the front, it's not like it's on the game disc too. I think the rules should be sorted out and people need to stop trying to be all high and mighty in their position (ASB).

Promotional/Not to be sold separately items do not have an RRP, hence sale is not permitted unless bundled as per the original package. We have already eased the restrictions on games bundled with consoles, e.g. console including standalone retail games can be sold individually.

You were advised the item would be withdrawn and pics should be supplied for the remaining items. It was a pretty straight forward response. Forum dramatics tend to divert away from the main issue, so it would be helpful if you refrain in future when trying to highlight your cause.

So what I did since he wouldn't let me re-list it as it is, was I took the front cover off and asked him to re-open the thread saying the game comes with no cover, I think that should be fine as it's not his problem then, yet over 4 hours later my thread is yet to be re-opened.

Thanks for supplying the info, however I'm not here 24/7, but another mod would pick this up as you were advised to report the thread when supplying the pic. Your attempt to circumvent the rules has caused the delay i.e. held over till I return. Try to refrain from doing this in future otherwise you may find your thread pulled on a permanent basis.
