  It may not be the same issue. I found the "new skin" was incorrectly displaying the "Online"/"Offline" ("Activity") status of a member (irrespective of their Profile settings).
  
  Are you finding this, or are you not able to see the "Activity" status of a member even if they have indicated that their status is to be shown publicly?

  That is correct for me. I have set (checked) the "Invisible mode" in my Profile settings.
