The advanced search allows you to add a temperature filter to your results (both Min and Max options)

https://www.hotukdeals.com/search?action=advanced_search

also the HOT tab shows deals in order they reach the HOT threshold so removes cold / warm deals from those displayed

Deals that are voted cold aren't always bad deals. You could be missing out if you're not looking at those.

An example is when somebody has posted more than a few consecutive deal threads. Some people who use this site are mental and have a problem with it, possibly thinking that the user is doing it "for the heat" and will vote all their threads down.

Thanks for that, really helpful! I never noticed that advanced search.

Much appreciated!!

And thinking about it, any trick to be able to filter by price as well? at the moment I'm getting results for products that are over my budget and it takes time to go through all pages...
