  perhaps the original post was in mod queue as was first deal from them?
  mw2 brings up that thread as first result of 'mw2' in search so if was searched (and not in queue) couldn't be missed.

  Same thing happened to me - what is happening is people who have posted earlier deals then edit them and include yours then report you for double posting thus cancelling yours - shouldn't be allowed but it is.
