Hi,
Painkiller sent me a PM, I may be a bit dim, but I can't see anywhere on settings that differentiates between Sending and Receiving. You should know though.

Painkiller has PMs disabled.

Oh so anyone that has pm disabled can send a pm, but they must enable PMs to receive them - I understand now.
