Dispute it with paypal. That'll get you your money back.
#2
they can claim compensation from royal mail with the proof of postage up tp £32 so they should refund you
#3
According to the HUKD rules, ownership of the item doesnt pass to the buyer until it has been received, therefore the seller should refund you and claim their loss back from the Royal Mail. :)

It is not your place to claim from royal mail, it is the person who posted it and no doubt the other person is well aware of this

then you should hit the report button in the 1st post and ask for it to be reopened, they are not supposed to be closed untill transaction completed on both sides, also the seller should refund you and caim ack from the rm, it is their responsibilty until it arrives to you

That should be sufficient to put a claim in - as long as it says proof of postage on receipt

you need the proof of postage to make a claim yourself. Make sure you post negative feedback for the seller as they are well out of order.

im going to give it a few more days as the royal mail website says I cant make a claim as it has not yet been 15 days. Can the moderators get in contact with the seller for me as he not answered with any of my messages as I would need the reciept.

I am facing a similar problem with another seller. I placed a deal requesting the games Fable 2, Fallout 3 and Bioshock for the xbox 360 and then I was pmed by them offering Fable 2 and Fallout 3 for £53. after negotiations we got it to £48 with P & P and this early January. I paid the seller and he said he recieved my details and the money and would send the games out the next day but never got back to me after this point. It has been some time since this happened so I am wondering what I can do. the problem is I paid with paypal gift so am unsure of what kind of protection I have regarding it and was wondering what my best course of action might be. any help would be much appreciated.

brock101 is still selling things today so why not just post your complaint in one of his threads. He's obviously ignoring your PMs.

YOU need the ORIGINAL proof of posting. A copy is no good.

we dealt via pm and confirmed all details in my wanted forum so everyone knew what was happening so the offer and everything was in that post I believe.

give them a call then

1 thing ive learnt on this site is if you make a wanted thread you'll get numerous pm's from scammers who have exactley what your after,I think most people forget that no dealing by pm is for there own protection, anyways GL I hope you get what your after.
