I just watched the BBC1 undercover series about Bailiffs in the UK how they break the bend the law intruding and breaking into peoples homes and bullying people and their families for money, thugs with warrants basically.
And this made me think of sites like Dixons, ebuyer, grattan and a host of many others who advertise 1 thing as a honest retailer but do another ignoring orders on their value offers and only doing what brings in for them the highest profit margins without a care in the world for the people who waste their time with them only to be disappointed.
I admit I mainly focus upon the no doubt tens of thousands of orders made thru DSG group website not honoured.
Would HUKD consider making a kind of consumer strikes back forum with regard to collecting and sharing information and even possibly setting up a database to show how good sites are on orders etc, who lets who down the most etc.
I could be more specific but would rather more experienced people mould what such a forum could be and take in their input and of course I am asking alot outside of creating a forum.
Please forgive me if this seems like a rant.
