Just below the first post of every post on HUKD is a drop-down menu called "Thread Tools". One of the options allows you to subscribe to that thread so you can always find it. To access a subscribed thread, click on your 'My Profile' and select the subscribed thread you want to view.

You can also make folders in the thread subscribe area, so you could have one called "Basket" should you wish.

But this means I must open each and every thread and manually add it. What I want is to just scroll down the deals page adding deals, to my basket.

Would be good if HUKD added this, then I could use the API to create a maemo app that can pull my 'basket'.

The main reason I ask is that it works OK on computer, but not on my N900, I need to open many pages to add them to the 'basket' folder, as such it's quite a pain.

To much of a re-programming nightmare on the current system I would guess.

I would love this feature!!

Be really easy actually, just add the subscribe button next to the go to deals button.

Like this but make it subscibe directly instead of the options page.:

Hi,

As above, the functionality is already present regarding subscribed threads. However admin/developers do review these threads and will comment when appropriate to do so. You will be aware that there is an API contest ongoing at the moment, perhaps someone will pick this up meantime :)

Ok we're looking at a couple of options for this idea as it's a pretty good one. We are working on a few other things currently but we'll put this on the list to look at.

What do you guys think about maybe having the option in the "share" menu for example?
Any other ideas, let us know

Yeah, if I could get some time then I'd try and learn maemo dev and create something for the N900, even with the subscribed threads it would be easy to knock something up.

Subscribed to thread or basket option? You mean in the little box when you click share?

For mobile devices, too much javascript is probably not a good idea, but if we could have it next to the share button on the main HUKD page then that would be great.

Bad idea based on feeback above.
