Activision (who make Guitar Hero) offer free parts through their website for broken guitars. I think the OP is saying that people are ordering one of each part (for free) and making their own guitars to sell on.

no they just get a whole guitar by saying current one (if they even have one) is faulty

People have to buy the Guitar in the first place, therefore they can sell them on. I don't think you can categorically state that everyone selling a guitar got it for free through deception, it may just be that they don't want it anymore.

Bit of a sweeping statement tbh.

Profiteering is frowned on here, hence why if people buy a game for £10 from Morrisons etc they shouldn't sell for more.

if you read my post i dont say every warranty guitar is scammed.
you dont actually need the guitar only a partially random serial number afaik
if morrisons is profiteering then this has to be worse - its basically selling 'stolen'/defrauded goods.
