Misc rules are fine, the moderation is good, just the rules are way too strict and half of them are ridicolous. I doubt this will achieve anything but worth a go.
The rrp rule is the worst. 'm reffering to the rule where you can't buy vouchers because they have no value ? They do have a value because you can use them to spend X amount in shops and people will buy them for X amount. Who cares what they say on the back, what harm would come if people paid money for shop vouchers ? Another example is the BC2 vip codes. I myself wanted one but was stopped because they do again have no value apparently. Well they do as I would pay money for them and use them instead of spending money, therefor they do have a value, evidently !
Another rule that baffles me is that you have to wait 7 days to relist an item after asking what the price is. Surely it would be better if people had a clear idea of what the item was worth and then could sell it at a reasonable price, instead of numerous people saying its overpriced and the OP being unsure and getting many free bumps. I can see why you wouldn't have both up at the same time because of the cross promotion but asking beforehand doesn't seem unreasonable to me. You could google it but prices on here, it's fair to say are consistently lower than elsewhere.
Lastly the rule that states you can only sell 2 of the same item. Why is selling more than 2 such an issue ? Although I see why the rule is implemented to stop mass traders, 2 seems a little too restrictive. I think consideration should be given to each case, and each product may vary. If it's a good price I couldn't care less how many they were selling anyway.
Although it is a good free service, until paypal come in that is, the rules as i'm sure some will agree need to be more lenient and reviewed . My opinion anyway, rant over
