Spammed and Expired threads should have a drop down to say WHY.

Just noticed the photo thread has been expired. I imagine its been done by accident - which is quite easily done. (I've done it myself when using my laptop and the touchpad registers a click instead of a movement - though I've contacted a mod when its happened and was rectified a few hours later.)
This could obviously be avoided, if a second action was required to state why a user is spamming or expireing. Obviously if it was an accident, the user would simply cancel the action. If it's deliberate, the user can help the mods by explaining why they are doing so.
Cant think it would be too difficult to initiate within the code and database and would kill 2 birds with one stone. ie Accidental use is eliminated and Mods would know if its been misused if a reason had to be given.
On a side note. When leaving feedback, what "topic" is supposed to be selected? None of the options are really relevant and its a bit of an insult to use "nonsense" - which is the only one that can really be picked!!!!

It would mean that errors don't get clicked through and that frivolous spamming or expiration would be reduced.
Also correct in that feedback doesn't need any of those topic selections.
