Do you have Firefox? It comes with a spell checker.

i dont think spelling is that important, as long as we know what your trying to say and you dont type the website address of the hot deal wrong!, try typing slower

Yup it's great. It's under your settings -> Advanced -> General -> Check my spelling as I type. (for anyone who didn't know)

I use the spell checker on Google Toolbar that runs on Internet Explorer and FireFox.

Can the site alter slang words?

Ive been ona forum before, cant remember which one, was a long time ago which automatically changes slang. Eg

'I hav many fones 4 sale'.........automatically becomes 'I have many phones for sale' when submitted.

Just think its looks better and is more clear. Just a thought

I don't think so because that would require all "hav"s to be replaced with "have" so whenever you typed "having" then it would say "haveing" etc.

And I couldn't imagine the hell let loose when we try to replace "4"s with "for".

Sorry '4' was a bad example as the number '4' is used a lot as if the word 'for.'

But for 'hav' it definitely changed to 'have' and 'having.'

If you typed having, it was stay having and not change to haveing.

That's exactly what I was going to suggest! :)

http://www.iespell.com/

Sits neatly at the top of your browser and works for any site you visit. Checks the spelling of any form you fill in as well as forums.
