if they're good deals then I'm happy, but if they're all using a single use voucher that everyone has already used....

I stupidly get their e-mails and I am bombarded with 'offers'. Can't blummin unsubscribe either as the work network blocks the link!

cdiscount are seemingly allowed to do what they want, so I guess the mods want as many deals as poss.

Hmmm, methinks CDiscount are monitoring this thread. Not long after my post above, I got a pm from them apologising and they sent me a link to unsubscribe. Very nice of them!

£10? I want more off than that!

I actually really like cdis as a store, just not their behaviour on here sometimes.

Exactly. Especially as Ebuyer & CCL have been banned for, as far as i'm concerned, the same behaviour.

Including having multiple user-id's on the forum...

They then discuss their customer service "issues" with other users in open thread, highly unprofessional and a conflict of interest for the admin of this site.

Still, 13% commission on every transaction for the admin must soothe those worries somewhat...

The problem (as I see it) is that all that is being done, is the same voucher being used as a deal for multple items in multiple threads.

The "deal" is the voucher. That's where it should be posted. If members want to post things they've found worth using it on, then fine. Do it in the voucher section in a thread for the CDiscount voucher.

Something similar happened a while back, where every other post was for usage of a google checkout discount. Completely pointless.

You see this everytime a voucher appears though...

Most recently, with Littlewoods, and (from memory) with Expansys.

I'm on the fence with this one, I got 96 cans of 330ml Stella the other week for ~£24 by using a voucher, plus a cashback site. I didn't post as a deal as technically it had already been posted, albeit in its original form, I did post my method within the thread (post 17 here) but I suspect many missed out because they didn't read the thread or think it through first.
