Using private/incognito mode or have Adblock on your browsers?

@pothole, I have tried incognito mode on Chrome, plus Internet Explorer/Edge (Win7/Win10) have no scripts installed at all.

I could not even post a reply (reply button greyed out), through app or browser(s). I have uninstalled the HUKD app On ANdroid and am replying through the Android Chrome browser

Just tried Firefox / Chrome on Linux and same issue

Edit2 : tried a VPN / changing DNS, no joy, gah, I'll try again tomorrow

It is a weird issue, if no-one else is having the problem then i'll keep troubleshooting on my end

I'm experiencing the same on my laptop and PC at home. My PC at work is fine so I thought it might have been my broadband provider but I'm having the same issue on my mobile when I switch off Wifi, I've also tried all the usual browsers with no add-ons and the issue persists. Can't understand it.

I'm getting these errors in chrome

require is not defined
define is not defined
$ is not defined

Thank you defmos, I was going crazy trying to troubleshoot this.

Cannot edit my OP, but the app is experiencing the same issues

I also tried using 4G

Chrome on Android is the only solution for me.

Chrome on Android doesn't work for me :( I even have to modify the html on this page to enable the button so I can post this comment. I've messaged the webmaster but not sure what good it will do

Funnily enough Android Chrome on my tablet does not work either.

Tried logging out on multiple devices and reloging, no joy either

Even hovering over people's badges does not show information

It works perfectly on my HP laptop on Windows 10 with Chrome, Edge and IE ;-)

To be exact is windows enterprise editions. Have tried in 4 PCs and different internet providers. All products images are not being shown.

Same issue for me, the site is currently unusable unless I use IE and switch the document mode to IE8 :|

Hi All,

This seems to be the same problem that I'm encountering. I had originally reported the issue about images here: http://www.hotukdeals.com/feedback/problem-with-deal-images-across-browsers-2615620

I had a suggestion that it might be to do with selecting the text only option. I really appreciate the suggestion but I don't think its that. I must admit I didn't know what those options were for. Incidentally, It doesn't appear to allow me to select/toggle that option. Neither do I appear able to click on lightening messages etc.

I'm grasping at straws here but is it possibly anything to do with location? I'm accessing from Ireland and I've tried another laptop in my home, a work pc and a few different browsers on each and the issue is the same with all of them. I've also tried accessing using a vpn set to uk but to no avail.

I'm pretty computer literate having worked for a few years in software development but its of f all use to me when trying to figure out browser/internet/setting related issues.

Any further suggestions welcomed.

I don't know any suggestions. It is very frustrating as I love this site and it has worked perfectly for years.

Multiple devices, browsers, OS's, VPN, nothing works.

Chrome on Android (tablet chrome no joy though) is the only solution to even reply here for me

HUKD desktop site not showing images in windows 10/8.1 for Chrome/IE. It looks like there is a JS error in the background.

Also experiencing these issues on Chrome & IE across desktop & laptop & on different networks.



Not seeing any deal images, unable to scroll deals at the top of the page & several elements on the page are unclickable. Been an ongoing issue for more than 3 days now.

Had an issue over last few days with some icons being unresponsive and the categories tab vanished, but seems to be working now.
