There is a poster on here, who shall not be named until the mods OK it, who has been banned repeatedly for supposedly being a trade seller. I'm certain he isn't - but I, and he to an extent, understand the mods are free to have their own opinions.
I also understand that while the rules are there, the mods are also able to use common sense, both to ignore some rule breaches, and also step in even when a rule hasn't been broken.
The poster in question has been banned from selling any xbox related material, because a mod has decided he is a trader. He denies it, and I personally see no reason to think he is - there are plenty of posters, including myself who buy and sell a LOT of stuff and could quite easily look like traders too.
Thats not really what got me annoyed enough to post here though ;) He's now been suspended again, purely for offering, for free, a xbox hard disk transfer kit to help the buyer of another poster's 120gb hard disk. Thats it - for free, as an owed-favour to a another poster, he offered an item for free. and got banned for it.
Anyway, just wanted to open this up for feedback discussion, because there doesn't seem to be any 'appeal' system for occurrences like this. If a mod has decided something, that there be the law.
I could be wrong about the poster in question, but I really don't think he is a trader, or anywhere close. I get along with all the mods, but I think you've got this one wrong
(I'll say who the poster is if the mods say its ok)
