See a funny post, like. If somebody helps me out, "like" is saying thank you.

A "bargain" (or "Deal") is subjective anyway.
You may consider a specific "Deal" listing not to be a "bargain", but that does not mean everybody will think the same.

No as in a category - Deals, vouchers, Freebies, Misc, Comps etc. There could be one called sales - that we could put sales in. I posted the Clarks sale the other day but it went cold as it is apperently not a deal. It would still be good to have these all together & useful for people that are looking for a bargain - which is the whole idea of this site but I don't think it will happen.
realblender suggested you take the time to list specific items not just state "Clarks is having a sale".
A majority of the threads for "Deals" are due to one/more Merchant(s) discounting their product lines either as a temporary measure (for a "Sale") or permanently.
However, you are right, I don't think having a dedicated "Sales" Forum is a worthwhile idea.
As you can see, realblender replied in your "Deal" thread with advice for your next listing (or you could simply edit the thread description already in the thread you created):

I appreciate what you’re saying but a lot of people do not have the time to look for & list individual items. It is time enough for people to take time out to post a deal - i.e. a sale (Not a deal though apparently)! This is surely still useful to people or is it just a waste of time? I usually appreciate it when someone posts a sale that I would not normally know about so I can have a look. Also I have seen sales on here that have gone hot without individual items being listed!?!?!?
