Sorry for the delay - called a meeting this morning and we were all waiting for Sy to get out of bed.

We class that as a deal because you are purchasing an item which just happens to be a voucher and it cannot be used without the purchase.

As an example (and I will provide some links later) there are some deals from sellers similar to Groupon where you actually buy a voucher to spend and these would always remain in Deals. There was one on Groupon yesterday for Quiksilver (pay £38 for £80 voucher towards a purchase off the top of my head) - I know it wasn't posted but if it was it would have remained in deals.

Ok ta.

Just seemed odd on personal experience that it was allowed. On a side note though, the link provided should include the info that you need to be an employee to use the site. (my company has a similar one to this..... Which won't be posted as it's a perk I wouldn't want to lose by it being abused!)

I have had a look at the Terms and I cannot see anywhere which states it is for employees of ING.

Something so important to the merchant ought to be fairly prominent and I cannot see any mention...

OT: In any case is it up to HUKD to police who is or isn't eligible for an offer? Surely that's up to the company handling the offer.
