Where is North UK ?

  It's not unusual for the English to get England and the UK mixed up, but it's easier to just do what the rest of us do; ignore the local tab completely.

  Choosing to rename England UK North - UK South West is (or, hopefully, was) wrong on every level I can think of. It's like us renaming Denmark, Southern Scandinavia. Would we choose to be that stupid or that insensitive?

  On this site? Yes, to both. And it's probably more like calling Sweden Southern Scandinavia and completely forgetting Denmark exists.
  
  For the record I agree with you, but HUKD has no more than a passing acquaintance with logic at times.
  
  Keep checking if it's been updated, though, and bump this thread accordingly. It may be changed by tomorrow, you may still be waiting months from now.

  I just checked using the new skin without any RB fixes and it shows as North of England for me too. Although I'm in Scotland and Scotland is north of England, I don't think this is what the North of England tab means. Maybe it's set as the default under the new skin or something else like that.
  
  As an aside, shouldn't the North of England tab have set the standard for the other "UK" locations? After all, you could say South West UK covers parts of Wales and the midlands.

  Just to add, switching back to the old skin shows local deals for Glasgow (closer, but still wrong) so maybe North of England really is the default setting for the new skin.

  I'm also in Scotland and everything was fine after the initial facelift of the website a few weeks ago, but for the past few days I'm now "North Of England" as well. Just did a search and see I'm not alone :D
