WHY hasn't my password been sent???!!! Grrrr
I usually have HUKD remembering my login details, however now that I have a new anti-virus software I'm being prompted to enter my login details.
I can't remember my password and so have used the facility to remind me. The message comes up "Your password reminder email has been sent ", but it hasn't! How annoying, I've done it at least a dozen times. It's not in my junk folder. Please help!! I've even had to use a separate email address because when I enter my usualy addy when submitting this, it asks for my email! It's driving me nuts!!!! HELPPLEASE!!!

Jump to unreadLockedCan you drop me a PM please with some further info including your existing id name and I'll pass it on to the Admin Team so they can help with your 'forgotten password' reminder and we can discuss via pm (it may be an issue with your registered email address), and apologies for the problems you've been having logging in.
Also please note we have some problems with some gmail / hotmail accounts rejecting our automated emails. Please can members add no-reply@hotukdeals.com to their safe senders, and if you don't receive your password update please email admin@hotukdeals.com
