why is it when I search for the xbox points via the search bar it doesnt come up
I tried xbox, xbox points, changing the relevance tag to Date and still it doesnt come up.
WHY?
the only way i could get it up was to type in 4200

ah quotes, i will try that
using 'xbox' will bring up too much general xbox
well the title says xbox and points
Xbox LIVE 4200 Points Card - £24.49 / 2100 points £12.25 using code @ Microsoft store *Free Delivery*
Yes indeed! That is a good way to get those results. As was mentioned in the thread, xbox is a little to general, as there are many xbox deals. Please let us know whenever you have trouble with the search, it helps us figure out the best way to present results to you.

yes but as more call them ms points even using xbox points in quotes wont bring you up many
"xbox points" = 1 page
"ms points" = 8 pages
if you dont know the exact name then best to not use quotes - try to pick an 'unusual' thing to search such as 4200 as you did (though that just find one size) or try a few terms - points would probably have done ok

i assume default search box is an OR operation then sorted by 'relevance' or does it search both AND and OR and sort the AND results as higher relevance followed by OR results?
(still think titles need much higher priority ;) )
