(12) Once an offer has been made and accepted the trade should be considered final. Sellers who accept an offer and subsequently accept a higher offer from another member, may be suspended from trading. On the flip side, members who submit or accept an offer and subsequently pull out for any reason, will be suspended from trading for at LEAST one day.
They used to be, I got one a year or so ago.

I thought it did,but have seen it happen a few times recently.....I suppose if the member is not reported it is not picked up

and infraction has been issued on a deal that the seller pulled out on from one of my deals some months ago

but your right to ask the font

As pointed out by others, we have existing procedures in place to deal with such events. If we don't know about it, we won't be able to give an appropriate response.
