Ok EVERYONE who has issues with their voucher code (even those of you who have emailed Hotukdeals Administration this morning or yesterday) please follow these instructions-
Email your problem to [email protected]
Provide Zavvi with the cancelled code and the account details for your zavvi account. Zavvi will then credit your account (only if the claim is valid and not already redeemed)
You will need to have an account in place at Zavvi so they can manually credit your account
Note only codes based queries will be answered from this address and the email will cease to function from 1st Feb. Any other enquiries will not be responded to.
