2 Rabbits and Cage

Firstly, sorry if I'm not allowed to put animals on this board - please delete if that's the case (although I have faint recollections of a gecko on here a while ago).

I have 2 rabbits which we bought about 8 months ago with the intention of them being house bunnies. However, they have preceded to eat the carpets and some of the skirting boards, and as we're both out at work we don't really have the time teaching them decent manners!

Does anyone here want to take them on? They're free to a good home and will come with an indoor cage.

One is male and one is female. The male has been castrated - the female has not been spayed yet although she should be soon as this can help to prevent complications later in her life.

Neither rabbit has had injections as they are currently kept in our flat.

I believe one is a harlequin dwarf (orange and black markings) and the other is a lionhead (grey). Can provide pictures on request.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I'm located in Epsom, Surrey.

Hi,
I bought the Gecko.
I'm not a MOD but I think you are allowed to sell some animals on here. You are giving them away, so personally I don't see a problem. :-D
Unfortunately you are over two hours away so I'm afraid I cannot help, but good luck anyway.

Yes I think this is fine tea-towel, I hope you find a good home for them.

Yes it's fine for them to be here. Obviously they'll need collecting or delivering, not packaged and posted

Good luck with the sale :)

A couple of pics would be nice too ;)

A lady is coming around to have a look on Saturday afternoon - she's been keeping rabbits since she was a child and seemed to know what she was talking about, so fingers crossed...

Hopefully you will have them re-homed on Saturday,
but if not try here...

Hi scooby,

A lady is meant to be coming to have a look the rabbits tomorrow (Saturday) - I'll let you know if she decides not to take them.

I've got a lonely python that could do with some company. ;-)

Scooby,

After waiting by the phone this morning, the lady hasn't called. Are you still interested? Do you want any more information?
