For sale 2 sagem dbox2, both were bought from ebay 2 weeks ago, never had one before and just simply cant get these to work. These boxes hold a lot more value then most other cable moxes out there, as very reliable and even if channels dissapear, all you need to do is put a new image on them, which takes no longer then 2 minutes.

One has got everything inside the box, this main box when i first recieved it used to boot up. It had a perfect lcd, no lines at all. It used to pick up 303+ tronsponders if that helps and it used to pick up 250 channels. since i flashed it i cant get it to work. might be a power failure. Also comes with a remote.

the second box has got the card readers missing and the modem. I dont even think you need these to work. This box also doesnt boot up. Gave this box to a mate and he goes the tuner and motherboard worked with his unit. so i dont really know and its just a bit too hard for me to sort out. I havent got the remote for this but, was given a different one from a mate but dont think it works with my box. look at the pic and to identify this box you can see it hasnt got the dbox 2 logo on it. also the front bit is a bit loose can easily be sealed with a bit of tape, normal wear and tear of these rare boxes as they are up to 7/8 years old i heard. Also both of these boxes i am dead sure that they are the 2x chip boxes if not doesnt really matter all do the same thing as the 1x chip boxes.

selling as faulty (for spares or repairs) as i cant get them to work.

so what you get it :

2x used faulty sagem dbox2 boxes
2x used newish dbox remotes
2x brand new sealed erthnet cables (dont know if crossover or normal)
2x brand new power leads
2x brand new scarts
2x brand new f plug
1x used mini booster (can see above the fplugs)
1x extension cable lead (good if youve got broadband and want to split it)
2x new aaa batteries

I want £70 as i paid £130 including all the bit and bats.
collection also same price seeing as price has been dropped. £70 (manchester)

Boxes £70 + £25 delivery (1st class recorded signed for) or £14.99 (Parcelforce 48)

I would have used payperdrop but i read a thread on ebay about their service and would not rather use them, but if you wish then i will but responsibility of boxes will be on your hands.

if you want me to use a different courier then please let me know cheers. This is a good price for 2 boxes seeing that even if i stripped these i would atleast get £120+, but would rather not go through all that trouble atm.

do you know how much it costs just to send 1 box off £10.50 each without anything else lol, so £30 is fair as im giving all them other acessories aswell, if you just want the 2 boxes £21. £10.50 is first class signed for so dont know about 2nd class. and would rather send them first class due to royal mail delaying mail and parcels. been waiting 2 weeks for something still havent got it.
I have the installation instructions if you want. Email me if you do.
Why don't you use a courier? Much cheaper.
thank you dino, i would rather sell them on as im not very technical minded and would rather let someone else make good use of them.
www.payperdrop.eu - ALOT cheaper for postage :) They use DHL on the whole, not had any problems with them yet.
will definately have a look at some couriers, also if you know of any and wish to purchase this then i will be more then happy to use the ones you want me to. seems fair
thank you dino, i would rather sell them on as im not very technical minded and would rather let someone else make good use of them.

The instructions are very simple to follow, they are not tecky instructions. :-D
Anyway, no probs, good luck with the sale.
i havent weighed the lot yet as not at home but seeing as a ps3 weighs 5kg, im sure the lot are going to be about 5-10kg or less and have had a look at parcel force website and did a quote from manchester to london it costs £14.99.

Service - Delivery - Compensation - Tracking Price

- Parcelforce by Noon - Guaranteed by noon next working day - Up to £ 150 - Tracked £19.99
- Parcelforce 24 - Guaranteed 1 Day - Up to £ 150 - Tracked £18.99
- Parcelforce 48 - Guaranteed 2 Days - Up to £ 150 - Tracked £14.99 .

so im sure it wont cost more then £15/£20 for the lot.

if interested feel free to send me a message.
so with payperdrop would the customer be fully insured? and are they able to track the item?. I put in a estimate detail of the parcel in and got £4.99 + £5.99 option. Do they include direct pickup from me and direct dropoff to customer, or do i have to drop of at a local depot and then customer picks up and does same. This may be good for people interested as it would work out very cheap then. Still need to weigh the stuff will do in a hour or so and strap em up proper. so if all goes well should be able to sell them for £86 delivered. Hope someone who knows of www.payperdrop.eu or has used them can lend me a hand here. cheers

edit: will prefer not to use this courier, as i have heard the afterservice is appauling.
Price Drop :)
