Right well my 360 is completely playing up and I don't want to send it to microsoft.
I don't want to send it off to microsoft, and want to take it bck to GAME.
However I can't find my receipt however I did get it on my reward card.
Would that count?
Thanks
Jac

yes as they will have proof of your transaction also if you have a bank statement or credit card bill that will help but it depends how long you have had it they may still send it away for repair but having said that i think game are quite good with their customer service

Have had it since March,And paid in Cash and gift card

Ring up Microsoft, you have 1 year manufacturers warranty.

They just need to know your serial number.

Good luck in getting Game to sort it out after this amount of time as more than likely they will tell you to deal with Microsoft to sort it out as anything after a certain time they will tell you to deal with MS. Pity you did not pay for it on a credit card as would have got more chance of Game sorting it out

i think game will be helpful to you as the item is under a year old and i think they have a certain obligation i would imagine that they will send the item away for repair as they will be able to trace the transaction through your rewards card - this is the procedure at argos tesco etc so i would imagine that game would be the same good luck

Game replaced my sons 360 when it played up after 6 months no questions asked

Have to say I always find the onws local to me (Stevenage) to be really helpful

if i were you and you have the 3 red lights issue like most 360 owners do at some point, i would just send it to microsoft as i have a few days ago

was worried as i don't have receipt (bought the thing off ebay) but they don't want it (i even mentioned it was second hand over the phone) and they even pay UPS to collect+deliver and send you a box if you need one.
#10
No it's not the red lights issue but thanks anyway :-)

I'm thinking it's banned? That's why you don't want to return it to Microsoft.
#12

If you mean M$ then no, just the unit on it's own, no leads, no drive, no controller and no power supply. The contract and warranty are with game though, consumer law is on your side, so get them to sort it out for you

No game sed they would take it back and swap it for another one, but do i need to take any cables etc?
