I have £75 that I want in my bank account but because the withdrawal process takes a WEEK, I thought someone would be interested in sending me £75 by Bank Transfer which will take 1 day and I'll send them £75 by PayPal - I guess this will interest people who want funds in their account.

Just thought I'd try, don't expect much interest.

£77.85 instead of £75* above, to cover fees.

You'd have to give £77.85 to cover the fees

if you send someone £75, there is a charge paypal will take off so he/she will not get the £75 but £72.25, so that is the max someone would pay you btw.

I don't think there are anymore fees due to new terms and conditions when money is sent by funds in an account to another account.
#5
I did this the other day for bodemrys, however i paid £40 for a £48 balance (£46 after fee's) as he didn't want to pay the fees on a sub £50 bank transfer and couldn't wait 5 days. If there is a couple of quid incentive you may get a taker to do this :)

This could go down as money laundering. Especially if the senders account gets banned or suspended etc.

You mentioned this the other day, if you would of sent it then you would of had the money by now. Takes 3-4 days
#11
I hope you don't mind me saying, but whats the point if there isn't a couple of quid in it for the seller? If you offered a round £80 then you'll probably get a taker. Just some advice.
@matt, yeah. I never thought of that. The govt are really big on that right now.

Money laundering? Alright, Mr detective - great work there, this is totally my money and I AM the senders account? Also, I never mentioned this "the other day", this is the first time I have suggested such a transaction, I think you've mistaked me for someone else.

Not being a detective. Sending paypal money, to another user to withdraw the money is money laundering. Check the paypal terms and conditions.

That's not what I'm asking for. Don't you understand the point of such a dealing, its so I get the money quicker than the usual transfer of 7 days, money laundering would be when I ask someone to do exactly what you've just said, but its not what I'm doing, read the first post. You've instantly assumed "money laundering" after seeing this thread, without being patient in understanding why I'm doing this, by reading my posts and reading coherently, don't bring your negative energy here.

Yeah thanks for reminding me to update the thread title, payment will cover fees so its just a straight swap.

If you want to to happen you need to offer the person a incentive to do this. Do you think somebody is going to go to the bank for you for nothing you need to offer some cash or you have no chance.

I understand what you're saying, but you don't necessarily need to go to the Bank, that's the last thing I'd want someone to take the time to do for something as small as this, Using telephone/online banking to transfer funds is what I'd think most people would have in mind :)

As for an incentive, I don't have any apart from the aided bonus of someone having funds in their PayPal account, but perhaps you're right, maybe I should add something to the equation..., I just need to calculate whether its worth it or not.
