Have not received the Acer Revo yet.

Buyer said it was being collected on Tuesday.

Attempted to contact the seller asking for the tracking number, has not gotten back to me.

While i can appreciate that the weather has put many couriers behind, i don't think expecting the tracking number is asking for much.. Particularly as my wife has waited in for 2 days, being stuck in the house, with no sign of delivery. Quite disappointing.

**MOD Edit. Seller MOD pm`d

No parcel delivered today.

No reply from MikeBeaver

Wife has wasted a total of 3 days stuck in the house

Providing it arrives before Christmas, i'm not that fussed when it comes.. But not knowing when it's due for arrival, so wasting my wifes time and leaving me getting it in the neck... Really poor way to treat a buyer in my opinion, since when i trade i always provide tracking numbers on the day of sending. Not to mention, if something worse has happen i wouldn't even know if it's gone missing in the post either.

Sorry to intrude, but tracking number isn't going to change much Spritey old chap, the parcel couriers are well behind regardless, though I can understand your frustration, they don't tell you nothing on the phone as they know nothing and will not commit to despatching or delivering as I have found out, they just leave you in the dark, if it's even been collected. Just thought I'd settle you down just in case you thought the OP was going to do a runner, Mikes a nice guy give him a chance. Did you not get his phone number? I did check but it seems I've miss placed it. :|

P.S Mike doesn't sit on the forum much.

Tracking number would make a difference.. It would mean i could check in the morning whether it's due for delivery that day, then tell my wife whether she needs to stay in the house or not.I didn't bother getting his contact details, since i assumed somebody with 100+ feedback would provide me these kind of simple details as any reliable trader would.

Understandable, some parcels have been said that out for delivery a couple of times of late when they haven't. Parcels are a mess atm.

Tracking number would make a difference.. It would mean i could check in the morning whether it's due for delivery that day, then tell my wife whether she needs to stay in the house or not. DHL, HDN, CityLink - Pretty much any courier, mark whether the parcel is out for delivery on the tracker.

I don't think he's screwed me over... He's got 100+ feedback.. Reliable trader.. I just think he's failed to provide me with a tracking number, so has kept my wife and son chained to the house for 3 days.

No parcel has ever done this for me before personally.. Even during messed up courier times.

Doesn't change the fact that it would be helpful, plus give me a point of reference to contact the courier even if that were the case.

I don't care if it arrives the day before christmas eve, as it's a present.. Late parcels is a fact of life with the way things are, which is why i've never said this is my issue.

I'm getting it in the neck from the wife, so he'll get it from me... Particularly as providing a tracking number is expected of any good trader, which is why i always provide it to anyone i sell to.

Hey Spritey

If he delivered by CityLink (Cheapest Next Day delivery option via Parcelmonkey), you will have to wait for a long time, I sent something Next Day Delivery on the 2nd Dec, and the buyer has not received it until now. Even I have the tracking number, it says Out For Delivery since 6th December.

Tried ringing Mike ?
