Ok, would £135 be ok for that? If you go to Imageshack or something and then post the link. What sort of condition is it in?

Thanks.

I'm sure that would be ok. Not too concerned about the condition, as long as the actual phone works (apart from the home button) then I am quite happy.

So would £135 be acceptable?

Please let me know, thanks.

Sounds Good, have you any selling feedback anywhere? Don't want to sound suspicious but £135 is quite a lot, I've never bought anything on these boards before but I do have feedback on AVForums and obviously eBay.

Hi there, money sent, please confirm when it has arrived, it said that it should be with you in 2 hours but in the past they have always been instant.

Thanks.

Thank you, it has arrived, however I have sent you a few queries about the phone.

Hi, I have tried to contact illumananti and he has stopped responding, he responded the first few times but after querying a return or a partial refund he hasn't responded since, here is a copy of my first email with the problems:

Hello there, thank you the iPhone has arrived today.

I just have 3 questions:

1) Whenever I unlock the iPhone I get a message saying that this accessory was not made to work with the iPhone, do you want to turn aeroplane mode on? This does not make the phone unusable but it is a hassle all the same to do it every time I unlock the iPhone

2) You did not mention that it had been opened up, the bottom two screws are missing, do you have these?

3) You didn't mention the water damage that it has suffered on the bottom half of the iPhone, it has obviously been submerged for a few seconds as the indicators have all turned red. I believe that this is the cause of (1)

Please let me know,

best bet would be to contact the mods......did you follow forum rules and get all the personal details before engaging in the transaction ? If you have then have you phoned them ? Do you have their address ?
#22
If he's not replying then file a charge-back on your bank account.
#23
Lmao banks are not
like paypal once it's gone it's gone!!!

I'm not quite sure what to do about this.

He is claiming that it was his friend's that he sold to me.

And thus he has asked his friend to give me a refund but is refusing to do so.

Surely if he is selling it on here, then it should be his property and thus he should be liable for it?

Please could any mods clear this one up?
