right here goes..
one day i restared my pc and it never came back on, this lead me to my troubleshooting skills, which resulting in still not knowing what is faulty.
list of what i done
1. stripped the m.board out of tower and tested baebones on the work bench
pc comes on with green status light on board it seems as evrything is fine, i.e fans spinning etc.. but no output on monitor
2. took video card out, still the same (i think as it doesnt 'beep' for power on check complete.
3. took memory out and then 2 second beep followed by 3 sec interval and then 2 sec beep and so on
im personally putting it down to a burnt out cpu as i overclocked it a few months ago but had recently reset it back to normal speed, these boards are renowned for overclocking which is why i bought it
so all in all you will get
a8n sli deluxe m.board boxed, backplate and manual
athlon 64 cpu and cooler
2 128mb sticks of ddr2 ram(im using the ones i was using in it)
and the asus engt6600gt pci-e 256mb video card
i want 45 delivered as i believe its only gong to be one of these components that is faulty.
i have no other system to test these individually and they have been sitting here for about 3mths now with me intending to get round to testing them at my local pc shop.
i can get pics if you really want but you will have to wait until i find my camera lead, or some crappy phone pics
