Preferably on Tmobile (so I can use their warranty, rather than manufacturers!) or Unlocked.

Currently have an officially unlocked iPhone 3GS 16gb, which I may accept a trade with cash on top for the right phone/deal.

Hi, how old is your 9700? Was it originally on a network then unlocked, or factory unlocked?

Not looking to sell at the moment (sorry), your offer price is way too low for me to even consider it :| .

No box or charger? Would prefer a complete kit tbh, as when it comes to sell it I would lose out :(

My blackberry was officially unlocked, no branding on the phone or the box.

you won't get blackberry warranty, the warranty is not transferable to the new owner regardless what network you are on unless the original owner offers to help getting it repaired via the network.

I did ask a couple questions regarding your phone (above), but did not receive any response?

If the Blackberry is on Tmobile they will still coverit within their warranty and repair the phone for me in the event of it becoming faulty as long as it is a Tmobile branded handset.

they won't, ask them, blackberry rules, warranty is void soon as its sold. Also blackberry do not repair handsets directly, you have to give it in to carphonewarehouse or the network provider to send it to blackberry.

Oh sorry. Erm, I got the phone brand new off someone else about 3 months ago,so I'd say 3 months old. Also, it came unlocked, so I guess factory unlocked.

I've been with Tmobile for YEARS mate! The last Blackberry I had which was purchased elsewhere was fixed with no problems (this was within the last 6mths). As long as it has the Tmobile stamp on, they will fix it free of charge (unless its water damage).

My partners with t-mobile, they refused all day long, it applies to all networks, it says clearly on the blackberry warranty slip, doesn't matter how long you have been with t-mobile. good luck, don't think you'll get much luck getting a warranty repair.

http://uk.blackberry.com/legal/handheld_warranty.jsp

one (1) year from the date that the BlackBerry Hardware was first purchased by YOU as an original end-user (the “Warranty Period”). This Limited Warranty is not transferable. During the Warranty Period, the BlackBerry Hardware, or one or more of the BlackBerry Hardware components, will be repaired or replaced at RIM’s option, without charge for either parts or labour.
