This is BRAND NEW, it was delivery by UPS 20 mins ago and I opened it about 10 minutes ago to activate it with an o2 sim card. Still has the seals on: Phone, Charger Plug, Earphones, Sync Cable.

After a replacement iPhone 4...Apple sent me a brand new device straight out of the foxconn factory where all iPhones are assembled to assure it was not a faulty model as they usually give out replacement devices in black boxes with refurb'd parts.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Included.

No thanks. This is a fair price for a brand new handset.

Against the rules to post silly offers I think and imo that there is a silly offer.

It might be a silly offer in your opinion but there is a post on here at present to buy from Vodafone for 513.00 brand new on pay as you go, so not as silly as you might think!

That may be your opinion to think that's silly but his offer is only 20% off of your asking. It's like offering £80 for something listed at £100, not silly at all.

I'd be willing to offer a Sony Ericsson W995, HTC Tattoo (unlocked), ipod touch (8gb 1st gen) and £150 cash.

4.0.2 mate...4.1 is now released aswell.

I thought that aswell, so I did ask on the phone when I was talking to applecare about the replacements and they said no it can't be returned and refunded. :)

Ahh, okay, I'll pass on it for now due to lack of jailbreak, thanks though. You may wanna double check, if it's within 30 days of purchase, you're completely entitled to return it for full refund, that'll net you a whole extra 40 quid to spend!
