I have a BRAND NEW (unopened and completely untouched) Dell Insprion 13z. It's a brand new laptop from Dell that uses the new Intel Core 2 Duo CULV (Consumer Ultra Low Voltage) chip to achieve an impressive 11hr battery life. I personally have one, as I mistakenly bought two (don't ask!), and I've got to say it's an impressive bit of kit - lightweight, suepr thin and a battery that lasts all day (and more!).

the question is why not just send it back
#2
If it's unopened and brand new then send it back!
#3
selling this and only got 29 posts, kinda makes you wonder...........yes there maybe some stupid gulible people about
#4
Could well do but to be honest I'd prefer to offer it someone on here first. There's no hidden agenda here, it's simply a brand new laptop that is being offered at a discount to the Dell website - this is an offer!

Granted, I only have 29 posts on here (well, 30 once you count this one) but I have lots of positive feedback on Ebay and a recent positive review from someone on here that I recently sold a Dell Mini laptop (the laptop I used to have previous to my new one).

All very genuine, believe me! I'm just keen to offer a laptop at a good price to a community that regularly help me find hot offers.

I purchased a Dell Mini 9 Netbook from Matt and it was a good transaction for me (left feedback for him) - Matt provided all of the information I needed, along with an email copy of the receipt for my records (it was purchased from the Dell UK Outlet).

Matt I think you have two options here going forward (I've got my Devil's Advocate Hat  on here to help out a bit) - first one is to return it back to Dell UK to get a refund and if it was purchased via the Dell UK Outlet you can return it from what I can remember (the home section had the option for up to 30 days off the top of my head).

The second option here is if you still proceed with selling it here on HotUKDeals then you'll need to do what you did last for the Dell Mini 9 Netbook FS thread - you'll need to take photos of it along with a note showing your username & also the date as well; I would recommend this to follow the sales guidelines and rules but also to prevent any further comments from the members here.

Hope that helps you out mate. :)

Cheers, Scotty Boy!
