Brand new sealed iPhone 3GS 16Gb ( White )

It was originally bought this for the wife as a gift but she wants to keep her own mobile. It was an O2 replacement so not yet registered and i pressume once its hooked up to Itunes it's warranty should start from then so a full 12 months.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v424/ljw2k/DSC00265-1.jpg

This can easily be unlocked to any Network as you know for Free or very little £15 O2 officially but not 100% sure if it is locked at all.

The 02 Simcard comes with £10 Credit and 12 months web , but when i bought it the owner said it had been activated even though it is still sealed and has at least 6 months free internet but i can not warrant that and i thought best to state this as i don't want any comebacks.

It also comes with a top of the range and well reviewed iPhone case to protect your investment Otter ( Have a google on reviews ) its an awsome case.

I will accept £335 Collected or £345 delivered SD for all 3 items.

Collection is my prefered method as the buyer can see it before he or she exchanges there hard earned cash.

Hi mate, I am very interested in the phone on its own, would you post first due to low feedback?

Thanks again :)

Just as a 'heads-up', he'll sell the phone to you for £305 (+ Delivery) as that's what he paid for it :)

Welcome to the FS/FT section of the forums n0chex.

Josh

P.S he has 139 iTrader Score on AVForums which I'd say is as good a commodity as Feedback on here: http://www.avforums.com/forums/members/29369.html

That was random! Haha! Have you dealt with n0chex before? Just wondering how you can vouch for them!
#6
Might be wrong, but if it's an O2 replacement then it probably has a limited warranty - 90 days from replacement date from what I read elsewhere, unless the phone it was replacing had a longer warranty already in place. Any way of finding out? Maybe phone Apple?
#7
czar.nik..........I wanted to sell as a package deal but i may end up splitting up as other people are interested in just the phone , what you offering ?

rosco1984......Sorry mate but will not be posting first but collection welcome and i have been a member on here for 4 years and can provide feedback on other forums if needed as below.

r3tract ..........Thanks for the heads up and indeed i paid £305 for the phone ONLY hence £335 £30 more for the Sim and the case is a cracking deal and all brand new still sealed.

rosco1984.....Can't say i have dealt with r3tract before but if he wishes to give his AVF name then i can answer correct.

Liddle ol' me ............... regarding warrenty it requires me to activate the phone via the computer, with this still being sealed i dont really wish to do this at the moment but as it was an insurance replacement and brand new sealed i would have thought 12 months but that's just what i think and it may well be 3 months but at least you know it is brand new sealed and not one of the many refurbed ones.

Anyone who wants to check my feedback on AVF it's the same as here n0chex.

I wasn't accusing you of profiteering, sorry if it cam across like that, it was in response to roscos question regarding the Phone only, £335 is a very fair price for what you are selling.

I don't believe we have dealt at AVForums but I have seen you around the place and 139 feedback on there is equivalent to feedback here as both forums rely on trust between seller and buyer.

Good luck with the sale.

No problem Josh .

I can now confirm through Apple that this phone does indeed carry it's 12 month warranty from the date purchased which has 338 days out of 365 remaining so June/July 2011 warranty.

I asked would apple be able to confirm if it is Locked to O2 and the nice lady on the other end of the phone told me usually if they are locked to a network then it usually says on screen but this phone shows no network carriers on screen so more than likley unlocked but again not 100% warranted.
#10
Thanks for the warranty info. Are you interested in a netbook plus cash? or a netbook and a DS plus cash? or a Nikon D70 + lens + cash? Or a desktop server plus cash? Or something else plus cash! :)
#11
Nikon D70 + lens may be interested just depends on a few factors IE what lens is it kit lens how many actuations and price as they seam to go for buttons on the bay.
#12
Would you be intrested in a Part Exchange with a PS3 Bundle?
#13
Sorry Ricardo Kaka not into gaming at all makes me feel sick playing :)
#14
The Nikon & lens is here, can check actuations but won't be that high as it sits in cupboard :)
#15
Hi mate as nice as it is i did not want to spend so much on a DSLR as i already have a nice compact Sony T900 i think it is.

PS: I see you are only in Lancs as well ....................
#16
Well, there's room for a bit of negotiation if you want, or other items that can be added including an extra lens - have a Nikon 100mm f/2.8 manual focus prime for example. Also have as new 1TB HDD and other tech stuff.

Cool, just a point - How do you know the phone shows no network carriers on screen if it's Brand New and Sealed?

#19

Thinking about it, as a present for my wife... But trying to weigh up whether she'd just be better with a 3G.

1TB SATA Hitachi 7200rpm 16MB Cache, bought new last summer-ish. Have two of them actually. Need to find receipt for exact purchase date and model, otherwise open up server where they have been parked unused for many months. The server is for sale too - in fact I should list it again after my last buyer disappeared a couple of months ago. :0
#22
Hmm, is there anything in particular you'd take as a trade/part trade?

Josh
#23
Liddle ol' me........Price please bearing in mind what deals are on at the moment through scan and other places hard drives have come down in price over the last 6 months
.

r3tract ........Just after cash really mate.
#24
£75 for the pair as trade value.
#25
Thanks for the price and i will see how my sale goes as i would still prefer the queens head on paper.
#26
r3tract......You got a trading ban over at AVF ?
#27
I would be interested in the phone if your willing to split?

Why ask me for a price then? Feels like you are just trying to keep the thread on top...

I'm withdrawing interest.

and btw, don't bother replying to this or it will be your third bump

Just the phone?
#35
The case would not be any use to me so i would rather not split the phone and the case at this moment in time.

Sorry lismithy i have misread your post and thought you wanted the phone and case and if you could collect i would do both for £310.
#36
is there anyway you could do it for £310 delivered, if so I'll take it and can pay right now.
#37
Sorry but £320 to include SD would be the lowest i would like to go for the phone and the case.

I'll take it at that...I've never bought anything on here so you gotta help me as to what to do next. i am assuming you want the payment first. You mentioned in one of the replies you have feedback somewhere else..where is that? i dont have any feedback here but do have full 100% on ebay (136).
#39
Makes 2 off us as i have never Sold anything here neither but been a long established member for around 4 years.
I have lots of feedback http://www.avforums.com/forums/members/29369.html

I will pm you my address and contact details and if you want to ring me to confirm i am genuine please do.

The best way I've found is to exchange work email addresses/phone numbers, let's face it, no-one is going to run away from their job for the sake of £300.

If no work addresses are available, then calling their landline number is another good option.

The final option (which would involve more expense) is to send the phone first to a reputable member, who will then confirm receipt of the phone and instruct the buyer to make the payment, once the seller has received the payment he then instructs the 3rd party to forward the phone onto the buyer. (Obviously this means the phone has to be posted twice, hence the extra cost)
