Bought this for husband but he didnt get home for xmas due to wpork so then went and bought the plasma from currys. Cant really afford both so would like to sell the Wii. I am located midway between Aberdeen an Dundee in Scotland. Also have 4 games coming for it - Red Steel, Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell..., Call of Duty 3, Ice Age 2. Can be bought seperately or as a package. Make me an offer, collection preferred...

Has it been opened? If so, any scuffs or scratches?

I'm in Cornwall, so if I were to buy it'd have to be posted.

Still in packaging. never been used - I have 2 kids under 2 and with back teeth appearing have had no time to try it out. Feel free to email me a price. An away out soon but will check and reply to anyone tonight or tomorrow morning. Postage am okay about but will need to look into prices\best methods....
Thanks for getting back to me.

You have a Private Message. Is it ok to contact you over PM, or would you prefer email?

Sorry Nikki, forgot to say you should really specify an asking price in your original psot :)

Asking price - Am hoping to make a little bit more than its currently going for in shops, same with games. I Paid £179.99 for Wii and about £140 for the four games so I'd be hoping to get £240 collect for Wii and £375 as a package. Postal is same with postage and packing ontop.
They are becoming more available and after new year a lot of shops are getting new stock. which is next week. and since christmas is over ppl are not going to be desperate for one. so good luck with your price but i think it may be better on ebay if your wanting to make money out of it and as for the games, with all the deals on here for wii games, ppl can get 4 for about 100-120. just letting you know..anyway good luck...
Yep.. this is a friendly place :) that sees many strangers trying to do each other favours and get each other bargains :)

However, the word Wii seems to have turned it into a fleabayers paradise..only without the fees :(

I hope nobody pays over the odds
Okay thanks for all the feedback. Probably just better keeping it and the games in the cupboard till I get a chance to use it, no point selling it for less than I paid and as they are going to be available then people wont pay extra for my time and effort in tracking one down, my postage costs and the costs to post out to them. Husband was mentioning the mario games etc so may look into getting a couple of original controllers and some of the older games. Got to have a look at the site for games as I might return mine to Amazon if I can get them for cheaper - its not like I am in any hurry for them!

Thanks again,

how much would you ask for C.o.D 3?
Dont know much about C.O.D 3? Would prefer an option like that as makes it safe for both of us but not sure who does this etc?

I think they're asking how much would you sell Call of Duty 3 for?
Likewise, I'd like to know how much you'd sell Red Steel for...
still would like to know
how much would you ask for C.o.D 3?

Hi tom_rayner is it an Xbox 360 C.O.D 3?
They're referring to the Wii version :)
yeah for the Wii version, i would like to buy it off the guy
Got someone offering £190 collect for Wii so will have to check with them first if they are also interested in games. If not, would be looking for price Amazon charge plus postage or thereabouts.
bung it on ebay? if your looking for a premium price, I got mine on there and I had one offer of £260 today!
o yeh, take the games back as you will find it harder to break even on those...

Put it on Ebay with my sisters acct for price I paid for Wii and games - thought it was worth a try before having to return games to Amazon or chucking everything in a cupboard till the kids give us time to play computer games etc and actually made a small profit on it, even after postage and paypal and fees. plus got a buyer happy to get one so am chuffed. Bit peeved I got negative feedback with comment greedy - I listed a price based on previous listings, if the person wasnt interested or thought price was too high they just had to say. Thought giving me bad reputation when I am a newbie and a bit unsure of things was rude. Anyone know how I found out who marked me down?
Im afraid you ant find out nikki.
But, negative feedback doesnt work anymore.

I think, if you want to sell over RRP, its best just to do it via ebay rather than losing kudos here :)
I always put things on at 99p, and let people pick a price themselves.

PS: It wasnt me.
Sorry to see you received negative reputation, but as smashed says above, that can't be given anymore.

Good you sold it anyway and Thanks for the feedback, we'll close this thread now :)
