how come u given it up,i know u bought a cafe, but i would have thought this was good money?
#13
i just carnt do both mate not enough time in the day
i used to sell pics for average 17.99 each
they cost about 3.50 each to make (that includes the cost of the frames and ink and canvas material)
good profit margin in them ,
on average take 30 mins to print a full a1 size canvas that 24" x 32" that set on the highest quality setting
#14
really nice setup, im afraid i cant pick up though.
#15
i could deliver and set up at a certain distance
say 30 miles from wolves at no extra cost if some one couldnt pick up
#16
to be honest i am interested but only really in the printer itself, not the PC nor any subscription, nor the kodak 5100, as i already have enough to contend with in that department.
I am in Coventry, although no way to pick up.

Would you sell just the printer? i dont mind the other bits but strictly dont need the PC, or anything like that.
#17
hi mate really wanted to sell it as bundle as i have no need for none of it without the big printer lol
i could do you everything minus the pc and monitor and kodak printer
for 800
#18
ok well ill have a think but given that i reckon dependent on full spec of you pc you could get more then £200 for that alone even without the printer as well, and PCs are easier to sell as most people have/want them.

Furthermore i still think £800 is a bit steep given that its 9years old, and their are better ones out with higher quality/resolution as well. But as i said ill have a think.

very good price mate. still to far im afraid, in scotland.

also only interested in the printer

good luck with the sale :)

no worrys mate
in no rush to sell just seems a waste it sitting in spare room lol
the rip itself would cost quite a bit by itself also the strecher bars are worth quite a bit as well probally about 200 quids worth and the vinyl and gloss cost about 30 quid a roll as well so printer only setting you back about 4-500
i had the printer for about 8 months now and made enough of it to pay for a lease on a cafe so good money in it
also really easy to use

also the ink consumption in this is brill
i pay only 3 pound per ink cartridge , there big cartridges
thats for own brand ink on most other printers they only have there expenseve type making the cost go up loads
for a frame picture the cost is about 3 pound per pic
for just a normail print out on canvas 24" x 34" without framing they only cost about 1 pound to make

Thanks for letting me know this is up, bit out of my price range unfortunately.

The printer itself (on its own, preowned) tends to sell for around 250 on ebay, if that's any help to you or anyone interested
#22
I'd be interested on PC base unit

This is why i am not sure, as for same price you could pick up a newer and better quality one.
#24
if you can get one of ebay for 250 then id defo buy as there worth it
but mine has a stand and basket which itself cost be back 130 quid if you look on internet etc best price i can find for the stand is alot more

also the rip which i m putting pics of in sec is what you need and will set you back hundreds

what the rip does is you can line up canvases to be printed so you get the rip to say print out 10 differnt canvases for you and you can go out and when you get back it will be done and all caught in the basket etc
withoiut rip photshop can not keep up with the high size files that will need printing and your print time goes to about 1 and half hours per high qaulity pic without using the rip

you can get newer machines for about the same price but the reason ididnt when i was getting this is the cost per picture
if you work out you can print say a full size a1 poster 24" wide x 34" length for about 50p woth of ink
with a newwer printer would cost about 3.50 i know i did the resaerch lol
it depends on what your using it for i sold alot of canvases and posters etc and i could beet most other peoples prices as my cost per print was cheaper
p.s i will also give you contac details of where i get the ink for 3 pound per cartridge , on ebay there 10 pound each so save 7 pound per cartidge
hope that helps every one

any more info people require let me know and ill answer as quick as i can
#25
extra pictures of rip dongle and cd and manual fully boxed

but you offered me the printer without the pc....
#28
i would split if some one bought printer first
dont just want to sell pc on its own as it has all the artwork , drivers , photoshop , rip driver s etc installed on it

Whats your best price on the printer and kit minus the computer, when you mention the "rip" is that the setup software, I could peopbably get by without that also.

I'm interest but unsure on the price you are asking
#30
hi mate i was selling the complete set up for 1000 ono
i was selling the printer and everything else minus the computer for 800

i would say the rip is needed as it more than doubles the print speed and without the coulours are not as good as the rip lets you set and make icc profiles for colours to make sure the right colours print giving better quilty images

ive had alot of pms etc about everything so can everyone keep things in the thread cheers

also im having a price drop to make what seems a good price for evyone

so now for eveything included pc and wood and evrything for 800 cash collected
plus will help buyer with pictures and setups etc

#31
Shame I'm a bit far away, guessing courier for this lot would be a bit excessive
#32
Hi mate, Im interested in taking it of your hands as this would be a great addition to my photography, what training can you offer... also will this fit in the back of small goods van or an estate?

is there canvass roll material included, and how did you stretch the canvass on to the frames without a machine? or was it gold old elbow grease?

also can I contact you by phone to discuss etc?
#33
phone number given via pm
#34
I will give full asking price for this and will take to PM.
#35
Picked up yesterday, all working fine and got load of extra stuff as well.

Will Leave Positive feedback.
#36
