Dell Vostro 1500 laptop. Was purchased last year 18/09/2007 so coming up to a year. It was bought for £779.99 incld. vat from dell.com. Purchased with 4 year warranty so 3 years left of next day collection and delivary. Below is from dell website to confirm when it runs out 1099 is the number of days left underwarranty.

Next Business Day DELL 18/09/2007 17/09/2011 1099

Comes with all original sofware, windows vista business, dell drivers disc and dell media direct a couple of other discs not so relevant. All leads, charger, battery etc. Been kept in good condition..

Not a lot more to tell you really it's really fast running even when I have games installed like halo 2 vista, gears of war vista, shadowrun crysis all on medium graphic settings no problem. Very small laptop with great power and another thing which is great about it is the DVD drive. It can burn CDs, DVDs and even dual layer discs (8gb). Keyboard is easy and user friendly to type with no missing or dodgey keys or anything. Starts up straight away as soon as the desktop loads you can click on internet and it will load straight away.

The only slight annoying thing about it is the battery life. It lasts for about 1 hour fully charged but not really a problem for me as I just keep it in the same place and use the mains and take the battery out but don't let that put you off on this amazing laptop read the reviews for it.

I have probualy missed out a few details so just ask me any questions you have about it. The price is what I think is fair considering the warranty left and the age also have taken into consideration about the battery.. May be willing to go a bit lower.

Bump someone must be looking for a gaming laptop this can play gears of war vista on medium graphic settings perfect not choppy one bit also crysis can be played on highest graphic settings availible check this out (proof) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lQ6NvZrO7js
I have never tried it on high but play it on medium running extremely smooth.
and you need good specs to play those games on low settings let alone on high settings.
Also 3 year warranty left if it breaks down they replace it next business day.

last bump before ebay

I think you might struggle a bit with the price if you put it on Ebay, £429 seems to be the top end for this model at the moment, but you might have to go lower to get some bids on there.

Hi, none of those one on ebay come with 2.00ghz they are all 1.80 ghz or lower. Also with the graphic card all of them are the 128mb nvidia 8400 mine is 256mb nvidia 8600 and like wise with the hard drive they are all 120gb mine is 160gb. And none of them come with 3 year warranty.

When I bought this with dell I customised every part of the laptop so it had the best processer, graphic card, I got the best of everything you could customise. The ones on ebay are just the standard laptop without upgrading any parts.

I stil think its a fair price I didn't include at the top that i paid £878 because I paid 778 at the start but that only came with 1 year warranty and they were doing a special deal for 3 year so I got that for an extra £100.

I dont mind going a bit lower but Ive seen laptops going for £300 on here with like 1.6ghz and poor graphic cards so I think this is worth £450-500. If it doesn't sell it doesnt sell I will try ebay and if not just keep it.

I was only being helpful. Unfortunately computers are like cars, they do not hold a high second hand value due to newer models and specs. I was not criticising your laptop or the price you have put it on here for, I was just giving some advice if you did decide to put it on Ebay.
