Bought my son a Buzz Lightyear at xmas the remote control one anyway he used it once/twice as he's only 2 but sisters friend took it out the box the other day and dropped it and broke his arm rendering Buzz useless, now I would normally throw away but as he is newish and cost a bloody fortune would like to see if I could get him fixed.

cant u return to manufacture and say it came out of the box like that?

i would complain to the manufacturer as toys should be able to withstand the odd drop.they are toys after all and there to be played with.i wouold check it out they may do it as a gesture of goodwill
