Are you wanting to get the £5 a month discount for O2 broadband for O2 customers?

If so, Pay-As-You-Go customers need to top up their phone at least £10 every 3 months

also be aware activating a sim card then sending that sim card to someone else! as sim cards can be used to do bad things! so a story on aol a while back about a guy who activated a sim card in his name and at his address then binned it as he had used credit! someone took the card from the bin and use it to phone emergency services 4 times in 2 nights to no emergencys! the guy was arrested! think he was later released without charge but i am sure there are other things that could happen with a sim card activated in your name!

i only want the sim card to start the broadband and then will top-up ( same number) after three months as my t-mobile contract expires.

i am not planning to get a different sim every three month.

i have placed my order with O2 without the o2 sim. £12.50/month still not bad

thanks for all ur help

You could have just ordered a free one off the O2 website hehe
Glad you got it sorted, you might be able to get a £5 discount later on still if you switch to O2, although I'd check the terms or give customer services a call first
