Hi

Anyone have any old CPU lying around

I am in need of couple of processors both must be P4 newer scoket type LGA 775 and not 478 type they must not have contact pins on CPU.

Looking at having HT capabilities (3.06mhz above) but not essential

Also need an older model PEntium Dual Core LGA775 models

Let me know what you have, need them quite urgently

Also DDR2 PC2-4300 240pin either 1 x 2gb or just a 1gb stick

Hi,

I've got an E6400 and an E2200 both are in perfect working order.

I can do the either of them delivered for £40.

Good luck in the search, sold my old Pentium D 830 for £20 on here a while back, check CEX, they have some quite cheap.

Problem with CEX is the horror stories and I have my own with them.

Heard people bought RAM and other components waited over a month for delivery and they were dead so would rather stay clear if possible.

At least buying form guys and gals on HUKD you have higher rate of no problems and everything is working tip top

But cheers for luck. Need my new adhoc server up and running pronto, gotta test out my new sharepoint software, see if 2010 if worth all the hype.

This board had a quad core running in it so dual wont be a problem, i also had 4gb of corsair xms2 in it..ran very fast.

Cant be 100% if it will run dual channel though, how would i check?
