EXPIRED: WTD: HD DVD 1080p/24hz compitable player £40.00

Hi all, I already have a 360 and HDDVD unit, but have to admit that when comparing it to blu ray - HDDVD looks far more blurry: so rather than replace my entire collection of HDDVD's, I'd like a cheapo HD DVD player (preferably a Tosh) that supports 1080p/24Hz compatability over HDMI. I'll need the HDMI and optical cable ideally.

Anyone got one they'd like to sell? don't really want to pay more that £40 inc delivery, but if you're in London, perhaps we could meet and I pay in cash:

thanks in advance:

These go for upwards of 80-100 pounds on ebay before delivery costs so would be suprised to see you get one delivered for 40 quid on here
#4
you'd be lucky to get even a Venturer for less than £60

£30 in Currys....alternatively, someone's flogging one for £20 plus postage on the DVD forums.

I sold a new one for £30 on the DVDForums last week, in fact. Don't pay Ebay prices...they are a complete rip off.

Xbox 360 HD-DVD Drive...just realised the op's after an EP30 or the like. I haven't sold my EP30 for £30! I sold my spare 360 HD-DVD drive. The link works if you are a registered member of DVDF. Don't think the op will pick up an EP30 cheapily now.

lol me too!! - man, I go away for an hour and all of a sudden the thread sprang into life!!

I think HD DVD has had an accidental second lease of life thanks to HMV et al who are selling the movies for £3.
