Amazon have this for £29.98; GAME.co.uk for £29.99.

Given the (poor) reviews this title has received, and on the strength of the PlayStation Network demo, I'd offer £22.00 inclusive of Recorded Delivery.

Others will disagree with the reviews, and I anticipate that my offer may be too low for you, but give it a month or so, and you'll see this title on Play.com for a similar amount, so I can wait for it.

But if you're in a rush to sell, please provide an image of the actual item for sale & we can discuss further.

Thanks.

That's fine... I didn't think, nor expect, you would.

But the offer is there if you really do need to get rid of it & nobody else makes a better offer.

Thanks for your quick reply in any respect.

Where are the bad reviews for bioshock?

The 2K Games forums Community Manager (Elizabeth Tobey) has gone on record to say that the development team have acknowledged the poor graphical output compared to the Xbox 360 version.

Some choice quotes recorded at ThreeSpeech.com (scroll to the bottom of the blog entry, or search for "BioShock"), for instance.

(My comments are also recorded there; this is not an attempt to direct traffic to Three Speech before anybody asks [or slaps me for doing so]. You can simply 'Google' for the same information if you prefer).

hmmmmmm. Thats not exactly bad reviews as in stating that places like IGN, Gamespot etc had slated it. Bad demo yes. Buggy game perhaps when released yes. Patch imminent (quick look round the net) yes. Its still bioshock.

Ya cant say reviews say its bad, when no reviews have yet been published of a game thats not released.

But either way i still agree, £32 is probably a tad high. Knock it down a few quid to say £28 or £29 and you might get more joy

2K Games lost my respect forever with all the fuss surrounding the release of this game on pc.

I wouldn't be suprised if this arrives buggy and stays buggy.

I'd sooner take the word of actual game players whom I trust (based on my past experience of different titles where we have shared the same opinion) to provide a non-biased appraisal of what they find rather than a corporate/commercial site that may have a hidden agenda.

If I'd listened to IGN, GameSpot & so on regarding "Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots" I would expect to find a gaming masterpiece. What I did find was a self-indulgent & contrived story with a run-of-the-mill gaming experience. Many commercial sites did not wish to upset the development/production team for fear of not being included in mailings for future advance/review copies. I got a cross-section of reviews from the 'regulars' at Three Speech & my expectations of the title were lowered accordingly. I was still disappointed though. However, I didn't rush out on the day of release to buy it... I waited until it dropped to around half the R.R.P as to me, based on the comments I read, it wasn't a "must have" title.

I do read reviews in magazines & online publications (and write my own from time to time), and so far nothing I have read or experienced first-hand has prompted me to pay “full price” for “BioShock” on the PS3.
