1970s Marshall JMP lead & bass 50 2100. £750 F/S No Trades.
Can also include a Toures Attenuator for additional £35

I have reluctantly decided to sell my Vintage Marshall JMP 50 combo as its just sat in my rehearsal space doing nothing which seems a waste for such an amazing bit of musical history.
A rare mail order only Lead and Bass model. Different from the Lead and Bass Head circuit that was just 20 watt, these were 50 watts, basically a 2x12 Bluesbreaker cabinet design stuffed with two channels and 4 inputs. One channel a 1987 circuit (lead) and the second a 1986 circuit (bass). You can run a patch lead between the two channel to get some sweet tones.

This amp is same as the one used by Paul Weller. You can find clips all over you tube of him playing one live. I wont upload a clip myself as my guitar playing skills will not do this justice!
Its fully working and I had it recently serviced with replacement valves and re-bias plus the tech in Gosport 'Sound Superior' told me there had be a mod from the last owner to the internal circuit which he has put back to the original design. The cloth looks like it may have been changed and I cant be sure that the Power transformer is original as looks new but apart from this it all looks mint and sounds great to me.

Note that these pictures where taken before they went to the Tech so the missing pot has also been replaced.

Feel free to ask me any questions. These are very rare and regularly go for £1000 or more but as this is not mint condition I feel the asking price is fair.

Any tests are welcome and I would prefer cash on collection from Portsmouth.
