  open it up and clean it out,i use the hoover to get al the fluff out .

  Can you test it again? £20 is a lot for a faulty one when you can get them for less or the same price without faults.

  Hmmm I didn't know that! I suppose the problem is it could not work as I've always had problems with PS2s when it was that generation I think I had 3 playstation 2s untill I switched to xbox for the last 3 years of that generation and only had one xbox.

  Il pass as said they go on eBay/gumtree for this price with controllers and sometimes games and fully working. If you had a slim it may have went for more but the original ones don't, and this price is too much for one that comes with nothing and may not work. But good luck with the sale.

  As it comes with nothing and has faults I wouldn't be interested sorry, as even if you did get it working there is no way you can predict how long it would work for and if it redevelops. As someone posted on another thread game and gamestation sell them for £14.99 if you can find stock instore and that would come with a years warrenty and eBay has the 45 days as well. So for thoese reasons it would just be a risk, but good luck with the sale.

  Okay thanks anyway! I didn't realise they could be gotten for so cheap nowadays! I'll keep an eye out in my local gamestation but they rarely have any retro stuff, they used to have loads but only half a small shelf of games now!
