#3
have you tried going through your home insurance to see how much it would be to get replaced
#4
how was it damaged? dropped? hit? was it claimed on insurance?
#5
no claim on insurance, it fell down from the glass table when my Cuzzins were home, I had a quote of £120 to fix but I have already brought a new TV and not bothered I have got another one in silver which has the same problem.
#6
You have 2 damaged tv's. somebody is clumsy
#7
Yh...you could say that...
#8
who gave you a quote for 120?
#9
Can you please provide feedback elsewhere, such as your eBay username? Thanks.
#10
Bump anyone?...and The quote was given to me by Stanmore electronics
#11
is it the actual screen that is broke or just the glass
#12
What did they say was wrong with it? I know the screen is cracked, is it a case of getting a new screen?

Are you sure it was only £120 to get it fixed? Did you take it to them or was it a over the phone quote?

Like someone said before, is it the glass? Or the screen itself?
#13
its the innner screen, the actual screen if you know what i mean, I took the tv to them, a new screen needs to be inserted
#14
And they will buy the new screen and fit it for £120? They are meant to cost loads.
#15
no just for the part is 120, labour was 90, but in total its still good for a 42"!
#16
why dont you get it repaired then sell it for more, I have the exact tv as this and paid £700 would love to buy this one and get it repaired for £120. where abouts is Stanmore electronics as my sister lives in harrow
#17
Am in need of money asap, and they said it needs to be sent off and can take up two 10 days!, its on the high street
#18

You're not on ebay by the same nick are you ?:w00t:

Sounds dodgey.

And you've been asked before what eBay account are you using then ?

This person registered on eBay at the same time you registered here, using the same nick and from the same place. This is a NARU'd account, look at feedback profile (majority buyers and sellers also NARU'd). Quite a con-incidence eh ?
