I see that a lot of people are buying the Pandora battery from dealextreme, instead of buying a fake counterfeit Pro Duo from them, I will lend you one.

It will put Custom Firmware 3.80 M33-5 onto your PSP.

You will need to pay £10 deposit by Paypal, and send me a 1st class stamp when you post it back.

When I receive it back, I will refund your Paypal payment.

LIMITED TIME ONLY
- thesaint
Shipping/Payment:
I will send by 1st class postage, and you are required to do the same.

I would expect the ones from mymemory.co.uk to be genuine ones.

So how are they different to the DX ones? As far as I can see, far from being counterfeit or fake, they're just 'unbranded' Maybe they're different internally? I admit I know sod all about sony memory sticks....

Which ones are "Unbranded"? If you mean the ones from DX, they are not unbranded, the pictures have been "Photoshopped", to remove the Sony logo.

They send you a memory stick that has the Sony logo, which is counterfeit.

The fake ones will last anything from a few weeks to a lifetime.

Okies, just curious because of this deal : http://www.hotukdeals.com/forums/showthread.php?t=183236

As that would be legit (so long as it doesn't arrive with a dodgy Sony tag on it)

Anyway, I'll leave you to your offering ;-)

I will wait and see what they say when they test it in their PSP. If it is indeed "MagicGate" supported it is an excellent price.

I won't be buying one until someone confirms this. :)

Hi there, I am interested in doing this if the offer is still open. I was going to buy a battery from DX but didn't go through with it as it's essentially a single use thing. Is there a way to send PM's on HUKD (pretty new around here)?
#9
Hi zetsurin,

I was only sending the memory stick to people that already have the battery. I can send the complete kit, but you would need a bigger deposit, and the postage costs would be more.

I will check tomorrow.

Thats a good deal I would rent it if I still had my psp :(

Just wanted to say that's a great thing you're doing, rep given

Hi the saint,

I am interested in renting the memory stick from you. I have previously bought the datel toll (bright red battery) a while back.

How do we start this process?

I will PM you my paypal address. Send me £10 and your name, e-mail address and postal address.

I will post the memory stick to you, and when you have finished, send it back to me with a 1st class stamp enclosed.

I will then refund your Paypal payment. I will either send instructions with it, or e-mail them to you. I am going to the Post Office around mid-day, so if you want it posting today, then you need to do it A.S.A.P. :)
#14
that's good for me.

Posted today, I managed to do a write up and print out today, so I have included that with it.
Any problems, then PM me, but it should be fine.
#18
Dont you loose out by paying paypal fees, or when you refund the money, are the fees also refunded to you?
#19
not if the saint refunds the money and doesn't just send it back

ahhhhh, cheers

I'd advise you to put more than a 1st class stamp on it, as anything more than 5mm thick is not classed as a 'letter' so they will probably charge the receiver £1.06 to get it (the difference to make it up to a 2nd class 'large letter' and £1 admin fee.)

I would say it's about 4mm with a case.

Ah right, you should be OK then. I was thinking of a battery which is over 1cm. The only reason I mention it is because I got a card in the post the other day and it was one of those with a badge on the front. It was literally only 6-7mm thick max and they charged me £1.06 for it. I was livid :x

Yes, I can send them both to you. I will be sending them by recorded delivery, so, the postage costs will be approx £1.50.

It would be a deposit of £20, and you can either send me a cheque for the postage costs, or pay into my bank account.

I will PM you my paypal address and my bank details. PM me your address. :)
#28
do you want me to just pay 1.50 on top via paypal?

No, because I am refunding the Paypal payment, I need the postage costs paid either by BT or cheque. If I keep the costs from Paypal, I will be charged fees.

I received your PM, if I send by Special Delivery for delivery on a Saturday, it will cost approximately £7. I can do this, but it's up to you.

I will PM my Paypal address in any case.
#30
ok mate send recorded didn't think it would cost that much.
#31
payment sent mate send me your BT details and I'll do it online now
