If Apple who make the iPhone are charging £269.99 and actually have stock then thats the benchmark for pricing. The official "RRP" set by Apple is £269 still.

o2 and carphone Warehouse are doing a discount deal to clear the stock so yes the price is £169.99 with them BUT look online and they dont have any in stock and go in store and they dont have any in stock (My local stores, check in your area). So judging by forum rules you must provide a link to a "cheaper" price than what the OP is offering, but you cannot as it is out of stock.

The above means that the price of the iPhone is now back up to £269.99 as there is nowhere that "did" sell it for £169.99 with stock. The only place with 8Gb iPhones in stock is Apple and they are selling at £269.

Just because a deal has been on doesn't and now finished (because of NO STOCK, no reiterate my point) Does not mean every 8GB iPhone must go for below £169.99.

Provide a link for £169.99 with a retailer with stock and then the OP can lower his/her price. Maybe phoning Carphone warehouse to ask if there is more stock, or ringing o2? - Then providing a list of shops with stock selling at £169. Otherwise comments of "well its £169 at CPW and o2" are totally irrelevant without any proof of any stock!

(I am no way invlolved in the sale of this item, just pointing out the facts)

NO i have 2?!

My partner bought me one, and the other was a duplicate gift from someone else. I couldnt get on with it after 24 hours so theyre are now up for sale.

Why are you posting if you are not interested in buying????

This I agree with. The RRP is £269 not £169!!

An example is say Call of duty 4. Game station may sell it for £24.99 and everywhere sells it for £39.99. This does NOT mean the rrp is £24.99.

Understando?

who says im not interested? well if i could provide a link to individual stores then i could show at least 5 places that have stock near me. (and 2 which have alot of stock in them)

and if anyone want to verify that feel free to ring both o2 and cpw in b'mena :)

theres the cheaper link.

Now can you ans my questions please

oh and have you any feedback elsewhere? any reason why you wont accept paypal? any pictures of the phone? Receipt, when were they purchased
