Brand new and sealed Apple iPhone 3G 8GB in black, ideal for a Christmas present. Factory sealed, as you'd get it from a shop.

The phone is an O2 one.

Didn't bother with image tags as when I used them the pictures take up loads of room - not sure of the tags to make the pics smaller.

Hi there, it's quite a long story but..

It was bought originally for a present about a month ago. However, you may or may not remember I listed a faulty white one on here, well I was advised if I took that to an Apple store I could exchange it for a brand new phone for £140. So I did that last week, so now my brother will be getting that white one on Christmas day (it's a 16GB one hence the reason I'm selling this one). Can't find the receipt for this phone for the life of me, and believe me I've tried, so I can't take it back to the shop, however I'm willing to take a bit of a loss on it, since I've pretty much got my brother a 16GB iPhone for £140. I hope that's clear, and this doesn't break any of the many FS/FT rules and their intricacies.

As for warranty, I'm pretty sure it has a 1 year warranty from the date of activation. As the phone hasn't yet been activated, it'll have the full 1 year when someone buys it.

Any more questions please ask.

I would happily take this then seeing as i'm a sucker for a sob story  lol

Only problem is...i'm expecting money off a house move (long story) but dont get it for about another week(2 at most). If you could hold on until i get that money then I can collect and pay?

If not, then never mind.

To be honest I really need the money ASAP. I'm taking the missus on a shopping trip to London next week - only because she kicked off that I spent more on my brother than her :D .

I'm not sure where in Cheshire you are but I'll be at Cheshire Oaks this Wednesday, if you had the money then perhaps I could meet you there and save you a journey. Let me know!

Where abouts in London are you? Not overly keen on the idea, I'd rather have the cash in the bank when I go...
