Just clearing some bits and bobs and found these.
A pair of fully working powerline adapters. For those of you that don't know what these are, they are a lovely bit of kit that transforms your home electricity circuit into a very fast and reliable network. Simply by plugging an ethernet cable from your router into one of the adapters and then into any plug socket or extension lead. Then plugging the other adapter into a plug socket in another room anywhere in your house, inserting another ethernet lead and then connecting to your device be it PC, Laptop, PS3, XBOX 360 you will be able to connect that device to the wonderful world of the tinternet!!
Included are 2 powerline adapters which are plug and play, no configuration needed. I can also supply 2 ethernet leads if you require.
I am looking for £45 delivered for these.

2nd up is a fully working home hub phone. This plugs into your BT Broadband homehub allowing you to make voip using your BT Broadband connection. It is a very nice little phone!
I am looking for £20 delivered for this.

3rdly is an official purple Gamecube controller in very good condition but simply surplus to requirements now.
I am looking for £8 delivered for this.

powerline adapters now sold to dharvey
- donnydude

homehub phone now sold to scribbles pending payment
- donnydude

gamecube controller now sold
- donnydude
Shipping/Payment:
I would prefer all payments to be made using bank transfer/deposit into my Halifax account. I hate paypal!
Recorded delivery included in the price.

What's the speed of those adapters, and do they work via a 4 way gang adapter? Does it reduce the speed, etc?
#8
Is the homehub phone the 1010 or 1020 model?
#9
Hi, would you take £5 for the gamecube pad?

Up to 200mb/s bazz. I used them via a 4 way extension and it worked with no problems at all. I never did a speed test on them though so I couldn't say for definate whether there was any loss in speed but according to various reviews there are no issues.

How much did you pay at Maplin Scribbles? Can't you cancel the order?
Can you up your offer for the phone a bit? Say £17.50 so I can clear closer to £15 after postage?
#15
£52.99 with a £7 voucher for the 85mb/s ones. I don't really think it would be worth cancelling the order now just to save a few quid.
I'll think about the phone.
#16
£38 for those then donny? Nice one, Paypal or Bank Transfer? Bank Transfer, nice one. Post tomorrow I get them Monday?, Nice one...

Pleasure doing business with you Donny, as always:-D

lol I can't help but feel I'm being pressured here!
I'll tell you what bazz you put £45 in my bank tomorrow or tonight if you're with Halifax and I will post them tomorrow and you should get them for Saturday ready for you to play with all weekend! I think these are better than the xbox 360 wireless adapter which is around the same price and can be used with a plethora of devices (little sales pitch - sorry)

Already got the wireless dongle and the router is in the same room as the XBox anyway! This is for down the back of the telly...I'm getting some nice control systems to run over the lan for all my AV stuff. Got a 24 port hub in the attic at the moment running everything, but the missus doesn't want any more Ethernet outlets in the sitting room, this may be the happy medium. Unfortunately, some other people on this forum have made me spent my allowance, and I only have £37.99 left in my pocket. Nipped through to the neighbours and they lent me a penny. While I was there I got some more nintendo stuff to sell from their bin. Anyways, I've managed to scrape together £38 and don't really need food for the rest of the month....so....

I will have a think about it, i'm already having to be a male escort to pay my gadget habit...
#22
88 is even rounder!
an extra £2? so that means you will have to escort approximately 20 women to "raise" funds?

How do the adapters actually work? Like a wirless router?

you just plug an ethernet lead into 1 of the adaptors from your router and then plug it into the wall plug socket. Then you plug the other adaptor into a wall socket near your pc, ps3 or xbox 360 anywhere in the house and connect with another ethernet lead. it then uses your electricity circuit as a network. has speeds up to 200mb/s and is more secure/ reliable than a wireless network
