Ive just finished sorting through my bits. You obviously wont need them now! Would you think about splitting? Im not really bothered about the yelolow bridge supports or the blue track that has the seperators in.

Depends what you would want/how much you would offer?! £70 isn't a bad offer, but i'm open to reasonable others ;-)

I dont want to be rude and make a silly offer as I know how muchn these bits cost new.It looks in good nick. How about £50

if that excludes postage, then i'll meet you at £62 including PnP, or wil delivery for £57 if you live locally to Newcastle Upon Tyne

£50 is a little low with postage. PnP is quite high - minimum £10 and tbh, £50 is a great price

put them on ebay its free listing today and tomorrow

I sold my sons thomas on there a while ago and was really surprised what they went for!
I seperated them into different auctions as there was bits broken and missing and I remember I had about 5 or 6 of those curves with the supports and they went for over £12 + postage !!!

I think its worth the £50 just for the trains !

lee? What items did you want,, and how much were you thinking of offering.

Newme... we thought about that, but by the time you take off % at the end, then PP % is hardly worth it imo. Rather try here first. £50 is a great price, so unless Lee wants them, then the price is £70, then others can barter from there.

Not wanting to sound daft but do you need a signal box to control this or is it just on and off on the trains? I am keen to get it as a birthday prezzie for my son.

If it is sold as a complete working model then I will meet you at £62 delivered via ppg.

Any chance of a photo containing your id and date though. Thanks.

no no mate.. it runs on batteries for the trains/engines.. some trains have batteries although you may be better of replacing them (they come off quiet easily!)

I've only just packed it up again so would take me hours to unpack, setup as and do photo with ID. I have other close up's though of the set.
#12
No need to unpack. Was just looking at your feedback. I assume that all the trains are fully working.

Ok. pm me your paypal details and I'll get £62 ppg sent over.

Thanks.
#13
yea all working... Checked this Morning but like I say, the majority need batteries. I wont never knowingly sell any broken toys/items especially kids ones.

edit: Sorry Mike, OH now wants to sell them as local collection as we dont have a box big enough or strong enough to use for PnP. will have to decline your very kind offer, and apologies....

LOCAL COLLECTION ONLY ... WILL KEEP THREAD OPEN UNTIL 9PM, WHEN THEY WILL GO ON E*AY, ALSO AS LOCAL COLLECTION ONLY. APOLOGIES AGAIN

Good luck with the sale, im out as no where near you to pick up. If you do change youre mind then let me know. Thanks Lee

I'm sure the Post office or a courier would do a box big enough or if you sent in 2 boxes I could make up the difference in PnP.
#16
would you take £50 local collection? also could you pm me postcode so i can check out distance thanks

Earliest i could get to PO would be Wednesday PM as I'm working Monday and Tuesday 8:30pm til 5:30pm, then Wednesday AM? I'd intially asked £70 plus £12 PnP so you'd be looking at £50 plus about £15/16 i would think for PnP in total - we have 3 huge boxes which is a steal tbh.

was initally offering £57 for local delivery, but after a rethink, and comments from other people, I think £55 for collection is a deal. We live in NE15 area, but Mike has first refusal.

Other half still wants to E*ay it like? :-S

the intial £12 postage was based on this item on e*bay (120609408010), but we have much more then than, train/engine wise which will bump up the cost.

Ok, I am happy with that. Say £66 for now and if it goes over with P&P I'll make up the difference.
