Hope you got full contact details before paying.

fordred can you contact TinkleBells on the phone number / email address you obtained prior to sending any payment and get back to us.
In the meantime I shall contact TinkleBells and ask them to return to this thread with tracking details and when this was posted.

TinkleBells, I've had an update from fordred
Can I point you to:-
All items must belong to you or your household and be in your possession. You cannot revalue your item upwards after an offer has been made. Whilst you are not obliged to sell at the listed price, you should ensure your thread is closed and 7 full days have elapsed from the date of the last post before relisting. Once an offer is made and accepted, it should be considered final. Accepting a higher bid beyond this point is not permitted, this is not an auction site. Failure by either party to complete an agreed trade may result in suspension from the site. Goods remain the sellers responsibility until buyer has confirmed receipt of the item.
I've underlined the important bits here. As this is not in your possession and the buyer will not be recieving the phone you need to make a full refund within the next 24 hours. If you have an issue which is external to the sale here i.e it is someone else who has the phone and the buyers money then you need to resolve this with this other person. In no way is this the buers problem.
fordred, if you have not received a full refund within the next 24 hours can I ask you to send a report explaining the current situtuation. Thanks

Any further update fordred?

Nope, no update I'm afraid. Last night he said he'd pay money in at the bank, but that hasn't happened. He's avoiding all calls and messages.

In that case if you feel that you have exhausted all reasonable avenues to secure a full and immediate refund then send another email / phone him and explain that you are giving him 12 hours (or however long you deem fit) to refund you in full otherwise you will contact the police and follow their advice. You have all his contact details I believe? Please keep me / us informed

Reports have been given to the police. Hopefully they'll be able to prosecute this fraudster.
